SMB 2-leg three-phase

An auxiliary contact allows to detect various failures on the load (opened) or on the SSR (short-circuited). Status (static output) is normally closed without failure on the relay and the load. In case of failure, the status is opened.
The status outputs can be chained for a group status information.

Typical applications : 3 phase applications where the problem must be detected immediately because of high speed process (e.g. packaging of food or medecine)

The temperature Alarm detects over temperature of the device and reset below 70°C. If the preset temperature limit is exceeded, the temperature switch opens and the solid state relay is switched off.

Single phase Power SSRs with Diagnostics

Our range of diagnosis relay comes in celpac housing (ready to use) with our SILD and okpac® range (to mount on heatsinks) with our SOD and SOI.


SOD/SILD ranges

SOD

These relays inform the user of the load status (resistive load), the output of the relay and the network through an NC (Normally Closed) diagnostic contact.

The diagnostic function does not require an external power supply (celduc® patent) The contacts of various relays can be placed in a series. It is possible to use these relays for a diagnosis in a three-phase system, star wiring without neutral.

SOI range

Our SOI range includes a current transformer (CT) as well as a contact for signalling and therefore enables the switching of the load current by giving only the information of the presence of the output current which must then be interpreted by the user or the system.


These ranges suit any heating application where reliable and precise maintenance of temperatures is crucial to the quality of the end product. Typical applications include plastic machinery such as injection machines, extrusion machines and PET blow moulding machines, packaging/wrapping machinery, sterilisation machinery, drying tunnels …


ESUC current monitoring module : 1 relay for several loads + compact and ready to use solution

Esuc teach function

This optional module is pluggable directly on SU / SUL / SUM Solid State Contactor and permanently measures the load current.

This is possible to make a diagnostic up to 5 heating elements in parallel.

The current value is compared to a reference value which has been stored during initialisation by means of the “Teach “ push button or “external Teach” input.

Typical applications : Application where heating zones are composed of several heaters (e.g. floor heating in trains)
